Job Title: Bilingual Store Sales Manager

Blue Fig USA is seeking a motivated and dynamic Bilingual Store Sales Manager fluent in English and Spanish to join our team. As the largest authorized retailer of Cricket Wireless in Florida, we value individuals with strong training and selling skills, customer service experience, and management capabilities.

Responsibilities:

- Manage daily store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and employee scheduling

- Train and develop sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service

- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction

Skills:

- Fluency in English and Spanish

- Strong leadership and management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven sales experience and ability to meet targets

- Customer-focused with a passion for service

- Ability to train and motivate a team

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Proficient in inventory management and sales reporting

Requirements

EDUCATION and/ or EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.
• Retail sales management or customer service management experience.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet/ exceed sales quotas.

SALARY/ BENEFITS:

• Base Salary Range $15.00 hourly
• Base + Commission (Hourly Pay and Commission Paid Weekly)
• Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance Benefits eligible after 60 days
