Truck Driver - Laundry - Temporary (Horseshoe Laundry LV)

Job Summary: 

Caesars Entertainment is a responsible Truck Driver to deliver hotel and Food & Beverage linen to Las Vegas and Laughlin properties. Ability to consistently move 900 lbs. linen hampers. CDL and 2 years tractor/trailer experience. Doubles endorsement. 

Age Requirements: 18 

Work Cards Required: Drivers License : NV 

Your Focus: 

• Pick up soiled linen and deliver clean linen to all food & beverage outlets for Las Vegas and Laughlin properties. 

• Act as liaison between outlet managers and laundry facility to effectively communicate linen and terry needs throughout the property. 

• Coordinate and Anticipate pick-up and delivery needs to ensure departments have needed linen to operate efficiently. 

• Ensure clean linen is delivered to the proper linen closets by item and record deliveries. 

• Assist in loading washers and dryers to help in production levels. 

• Work chute area when needed. 

• Complete pre-shift and post-shift checklists for vehicle. 

• Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Caesars standards, as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the resort. 

• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing the proper attire/uniform and name tag when working. 

• Attend department meetings and other required company trainings. 

• Complete other duties as assigned by management. 

Qualifications: 

• Must be 21 years of age or older. 

• Must be able to read, write and speak in the English language. 

• Previous Laundry experience is preferred. 

• Must possess a valid Nevada State driver license and be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Report. 

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and covid test. 

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, performing repetitive work. 

• Must be willing to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays. Extra work hours/shifts may be required to ensure that all customer needs are met daily.
