Summary

This role involves close collaboration with the CX Standards & Governance Director to develop and refine CX standards and project management processes. The individual should have expertise in project management methodology, process, and procedure development and maintenance. Leadership skills are essential to train, guide, and mentor colleagues.

Your role in our mission

• This individual will work closely with the CX Standards & Governance (S&G) Director to develop CX Standards, project management processes, and identify gaps in existing processes
• Conduct refinements to CX Standards and/or project management processes based on the evolution of functional teams and business needs
• Establishes and maintains a centralized site for documentation storage, ensuring compliance while in oversight capacity with CX standards and implementation practices
• Partners with the CX team to communicate any delays or discrepancies in adhering to methodology or documentation requirements.
• Directly support escalated project efforts, as needed.
• Effective escalation is a critical function of this position.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of experience managing complex projects, programs or initiatives through a full project management life cycle, with 3 or more years of healthcare vertical experience preferred
• Expertise with project management methodology, process/procedure development and maintenance
• Leadership to train, guide and mentor the work of junior colleagues
• A strong executive presenter who communicates clearly 
• Influencer who can clearly communicate project priorities and motivate direct and indirect networks and stakeholders to action
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) required

The pay range for this position is $86,800.00 - $124,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
