As a Senior Design Researcher, you’ll play a key role in informing design decisions that align with both user needs and business goals.

What you'll do...

• Lead user discovery through interviews, surveys, and contextual inquiries
• Analyze user journeys and synthesize data into actionable insights
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align research with business objectives
• Translate research findings into recommendations for design and strategy
• Guide usability testing and iterate on solutions based on feedback

What You’ll Bring:

• Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Experience with stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong data analysis and synthesis skills
• Ability to translate complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations
• Knowledge of usability testing and iterative design processes

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
