Construction FF&E Project Manager

About the Role:
As the Construction FF&E Project Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for all things FF&E related to new showroom construction and tradeshow setups. You’ll take ownership from concept to completion—developing budgets, coordinating deliveries, managing contractors, and ensuring every detail aligns with our brand standards. This is a dynamic, cross-functional role requiring strong project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of FF&E components for new showroom construction and refreshes
• Own project budgets, timelines, and resource planning
• Procure, track, and manage FF&E orders and deliveries
• Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and invoice approvals
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, schedules, and spec books
• Conduct site visits and ensure timely delivery of tenant improvement (TI) packages
Quality Assurance
• Ensure all projects comply with building codes, safety standards, and brand expectations
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and drive quality control at every stage
Communication & Coordination
• Serve as liaison between internal departments, external vendors, subcontractors, and executive stakeholders
• Communicate budget and timeline changes clearly and proactively

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in FF&E and construction project management within retail, hospitality, or similar industries
• Proficiency in project management tools like PROCORE and Bluebeam
• Solid understanding of construction methods, FF&E procurement, and vendor management
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and communication skills

Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $140,000, depending on your experience, skill set, and location. Compensation for roles in other regions may vary according to the local labor market.
