Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM Experience: • 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months. • 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Indiana license or compact license (required for submission). • Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted. • Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted. • Anyone who worked as Part-Time at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted. • Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted. • Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted. Additional Details: In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on driver’s license. Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/Tdap declinations. Required Credentials Driver's license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. Ascension EKG Exam required during onboarding; passing score of at least 80% required, with 2 attempts permitted; update every 3 years. Ascension Core Competencies required during onboarding; minimum 80% or the national benchmark passing score demonstrating competency in the area of specialization; 2 attempts allowed; complete within 1 year of start and update every 3 years. Ascension Pharmacology Exam required during onboarding; Pharmacology 1 or 2 exam, minimum 80% score, with 2 attempts allowed; complete prior to start and update every 3 years. Ascension Medical Surgical Exam required during onboarding; minimum 80% score, with 2 attempts allowed; complete prior to start and update every 3 years. Special Requests Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.
