Job Duties & Responsibilities : 

• Under broad direction, leads and directs daily warehouse, liquid mud plant and bulk plant operations at a Stockpoint facility for the purpose of ensuring the delivery of quality customer service, world-class safety and facility efficiency.
• Occasionally has customer contact for the purpose of verifying customer needs and service quality.
• Oversees the work activities of the warehouse and bulk plant personnel to ensure smooth running of the overall operational activities.
• Utilizes personnel and equipment in a manner that maximizes the efficiency and safe operation of the warehouse and bulk plant.
• Assists in the planning and budgeting processes.
• Job role has budgetary type of accountabilities or directly impacts a revenue center’s viability or its quality of service via personal contributions.
• Supervisory responsibilities can include training, mentoring and advising direct reports, while also leading safety meetings in advance of each shift.
• Job requires hiring or terminating employees as needs require.

 

Qualifications : 

• Requires a High School diploma and a minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Stockpoint services.
• Previous warehouse, inventory, equipment and personnel management is preferred.
