Responsible for managing projects from inception to implementation with the focus on Change Management. Leads project teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet business needs. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.. Responsibilities- Guides teams through execution of change management strategies that enable employees with necessary information to properly service our customers. Provide support to the team through project prioritization and execution
- Serve as consultant and project manager lead to support assigned line of business needs. Ensure products meet all compliance guidelines and drive meaningful action to the communication receiver.
- Analyzes results and develop recommendations on change and communication results. Ensure meaningful metrics are identified and reported for all projects, including but not limited to audience satisfaction, knowledge retention, and desired behavior change.
- Gathers business requirements and translates them for project teams. Manages all aspects of each project. Leads project teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet business needs.
- Assembles project teams. Aligns roles and responsibilities for all project resources. Ensures project progress is tracked and team members are providing progress updates.
- Assists with business requirements analyses. Manages project scopes, issues, and risks. Ensures change controls are executed appropriately. Estimates work efforts and manages resources.
- Documents agendas, meeting minutes, action items, project plans, and issue logs. Communicates project statuses to stakeholders.
- Assists project teams regarding cross-team dependencies.
- Bachelor's Degree in Arts, Information Technology, Business Administration and Management, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in Project Management, Computer Science, Infrastructure Technology Solutions, or related field
- In lieu of a degree, 6+ years of experience in Project Management, Computer Science, Infrastructure Technology Solutions, or related experience
- 6+ years of experience in Project Management, Computer Science, Infrastructure Technology Solutions, or related field
- Agile and/or Kanban, PMP
- Experience with Jira
- Experience with Compliance/Risk activities
- Data Engineering/Data Migration highly desired
