Senior Business Analyst

Are you enthusiastic about diving into data analytics and eager to contribute to business insights? Join our team as a BI Business Analyst for our engaging Warranty Assessment Project! We're looking for a talented individual who can learn and grow while supporting our efforts in analysing warranty data.

 

Your Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members for the purpose of collecting data and executing the company’s mission
• Understand and analyze the basics of business requirements and processes for warranty assessment.
• Create data visualizations through Excel and build dashboards using Pivot tables, Pivot charts, and Power Query to analyze and present data effectively.
• Assist in designing and building queries in Microsoft Access, focusing on basic query and table design for data retrieval and manipulation.
• Learn and support ETL processes using tools like Power BI, Alteryx, Knime, or similar for data transformation and integration.
• Other duties as assigned

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or in progress)
• Some experience or coursework in data analysis, BI, or a related field is a plus
• Understanding of Excel (Pivot tables, Pivot charts, Power Query) and eagerness to expand these skills
• Interest in learning and gaining exposure to Access, ETL tools, and data visualization platforms
• Analytical mindset with an interest in interpreting data to derive meaningful insights
• Strong communication skills and a desire to collaborate with diverse teams
• Automotive background or interest is a big plus

Working Pattern:

• 40 hours per week with a schedule from 8.30 to 17.00 pm
• Flexible working environment, including regular home office
