Clinic Support Assistant (Student Worker) (1989)

SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and responsible student worker to support our clinic operations during the summer season. This is an excellent opportunity for students interested in healthcare, administration, or customer service to gain hands-on experience in a clinical setting.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Greeting and assist patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient check-in/check-out
• File, scan, and organize medical records and documents
• Assist with data entry and administrative tasks
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk and waiting areas
• Support clinical staff with non-clinical tasks as needed
• Follow all clinic policies, procedures, and confidentiality regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Applicants must be at least 16 years of age or older.
• Currently enrolled in high school, college, or university
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Professional demeanor and a willingness to learn
• Prior customer service or office experience is a plus, but not required
