Essentia Water, the #1 supercharged ionized alkaline water in the premium bottled water category, is looking for a talented and passionate individual to join our growing sales team at Nestlé USA. The Customer Account Analyst is a critical role within the company responsible for the execution of a go-to-market strategy that includes both DSD and Direct Routes to Market that meets or exceeds annual objectives. This role is responsible for Selling multiple incremental Essentia Displays in their assigned Accounts by negotiating with retailer District/Market Managers, communicate with the NRS (Nestle Retail Sales) and Distributor Teams to ensure 100% Execution in Market, leveraging NAM negotiated programs
The CAA role involves street and retailer District level sales activity within an assigned geography.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
CAA must focus on creating new business opportunities and increasing Display activity within their designated region
Call on Large Format Regional Divisions and Local Chains at the District/Manager level (Convenience/Drug – in select Regions) DMs, CSM, FMM, CSD: Activate Promotional Calendar, focusing on negotiating large Displays in multiple stores (e.g., local Kroger Division 30 stores)
Analyze VIP/IRI data to identify selling opportunities in owned Chains. Create Sell Sheets and materials accordingly
Collaborate with NUSA Field Sales and HQ Selling teams on market priorities.
Execute the developed sales strategies, plans and advertising or promotional programs.
Implements sales strategies to deliver annual volume objectives in the region.
Call on small regional chains that are not assigned to NAM/CAM team
Managing the day-to-day responsibilities of these accounts.
Targeting and securing product expansion opportunities
Creating and finding partnership opportunities
Working closely with the Regional Sr. Manager and Director to maximize execution at store level
Reporting and effectively managing all sales expenses and budgets for the region
This includes but is not limited to the following:
• Maintain and expand account and package distribution for maximized sales in the region.
• Work with Distributor personnel and retailers to ensure sales, distribution and merchandising objectives are met.
• Communicate programs negotiated locally to NUSA LF/Sf sales team
• Communicate dealer loader utilized to leverage displays
• Connect with Distributor sales personnel/NUSA FSM/FSR/DSR on brand standards to optimize sales performance.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
• At least 3-5 years business/sales experience or equivalent education. College degree preferred.
• Experience working for/with DSD Distributors a must.
• 1-2 years of people management experience preferred.
• Account sales experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good command of business math with strong analytical skills
• Exceptional initiative and self-starter focused on the bottom line.
• Productive working in a collaborative, team environment with minimal oversight.
• Ability to comfortably lift 50 lbs.
• Some overnight travel required.

The approximate target compensation range for this role is $76,000 to $91,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
