Legal Administrative Assistant

Job Summary: 

The legal Admin will report directly to the Chief Legal Officer while also supporting other attorneys within the department. 

 

Job Expectations:

• Assist in the management and administration of contracts and other legal documents.
• Support the administration of iHerb’s intellectual property portfolio.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects with various departments.
• Collaborate with the Accounting/Finance team to ensure efficient administration of legal invoices and other billings.
• Provide support to the legal team as needed on a variety of domestic and international issues.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with members of the Executive Team and other departments.
• Perform additional tasks as requested by CLO or the iHerb Executive Team

• Notary Public certification is preferred but not required

 

Equipment Knowledge:

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Google Business Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms) preferred

 

Experience Requirements:

Generally, requires a minimum of 5 years in a legal administrative role in an in-house corporate legal department and/or a large law firm reviewing and administering contracts. International experience is a plus.

 

Education Requirements: 

Bachelor’s Degree or a combination of education and equivalent work experience

The anticipated pay scale for this position can be found below, however the pay range applicable to you may vary by geographic location based on where the job is located or where you work.  The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc.  iHerb, LLC is a multi-state employer and this pay scale may not reflect positions that work in other states or locations.
