Senior Sales Manager - NY

Reporting to the Senior Area Manager- NY, we're looking for an inspiring Senior Sales Manager who has ambition and wants to be a co-leader of your team. You will coach all team members to complete company strategies and provide excellent in-store customer service for both consumers and consignors. 

What you’ll do

• You will work with a Senior Area Manager, Sales Managers, and executive leadership team to manage store operations
• You will lead the Sales team to accomplish goals and meet financial targets
• You will manage the stock & inventory teams to lead operational excellence
• You will contribute to the establishment and management of operational budgets, sales and profitability targets, staffing plans, merchandising strategy, inventory and supply chain metrics
• You will support the Senior Area Manager to recruit, and coach employees, optimizing staffing levels to provide excellent customer experience within budget
• You will ensure the customer experience is constantly maintained at the highest level while monitoring client feedback and addressing all concerns in due time, setting the standard and ensuring all staff are engaged to create an authentic brand experience
• You will ensure that store merchandising efforts are consistent with market trends and company standards and are supported through an optimized inventory and supply chain strategy
• You will support the executive team and Senior Area Manager in overseeing content creation to enhance the SG brand
• You will ensure fulfillment of eCommerce orders and stock transfers are performed on time, delivering premium client and consignor satisfaction
• You will ensure compliance with all audit requirements, and company procedures
• You will assist the Senior Area Manager to manage store schedules that meet the stores needs and address market conditions
• You will support the Senior Area Manager to implement all company directives while strictly complying with all company reporting requirements

Who you are

• You have retail experience (5+ years) 
• Strong knowledge of the resell market in 
• You have experience with sneakers, footwear, streetwear, etc.
• You have knowledge of Clienteling and Customer Relations
• You are computer proficient in G-Suite, Excel, POS systems, ERP systems, etc
• You must be based full-time in NY or willing to relocate.

NYC WAGE TRANSPARENCY LAW

• The pay range for this position at the commencement of employment is expected to be between $18 and $20/hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
