As a Partnership Relationship Manager in Merchant Services, you will manage a high-value portfolio of referral partners and will be responsible for developing, growing and retaining business within the assigned portfolio.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing, growing and retaining business for complex portfolio; drives complex contract renegotiations
- Develop and implement client & portfolio strategies in line with overall business objectives
- Responsible for coordinating quarterly/annual client performance reviews
- Assist in developing processes and procedures for both/either department and client enhancement
- Understands and assess client needs, troubleshoot issues, quantify downstream impacts; researches and follows through on issues/questions
- Applies a consultative, influencing and selling approach to develop and execute strategies to deliver appropriate solutions
- Performs what‐if analysis to explore impact of industry announcements
- Grow portfolio's profitably through effective account management and implementation of sophisticated and often complex product strategies
- Keeps management abreast of client developments; prepares portfolio performance summaries for senior management
- Makes recommendations on new products and services dependent on client input and general industry observations
- May attend industry events on behalf of company prospecting new and existing clients
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
- 8+ years industry or relevant experience
- Relationship management experience
- Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives
- Extensive knowledge of product(s) and solution options
- Extensive negotiation, selling, influencing and presentation skills

- Deep internal knowledge of platforms, technical capabilities
