Reporting to the Director, FP&amp;A, this role is heavily focused on forward‑looking analytics, business partnership, and forecasting accuracy.</p> <p>This role is well‑suited for a strong FP&amp;A professional ready to step into broader ownership, operate independently, and partner cross‑functionally while continuing to grow in scope and complexity.</p> <p><strong>Core Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>Financial Planning, Forecasting &amp; Performance Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead key components of the monthly forecast, annual budget, and long‑range planning processes</li> <li>Own detailed forecast models, assumptions, and scenario analyses across revenue, gross margin, and operating expenses</li> <li>Perform deep variance and trend analysis versus plan, forecast, and prior periods; clearly articulate drivers and implications for the business.</li> <li>Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, cost optimization, investment decisions, and what‑if scenarios</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Build and maintain financial models to support business cases, cost initiatives, and scenario planning</li> </ul> <p><strong>Business Partnership &amp; Decision Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as a trusted finance business partner to cross‑functional leaders</li> <li>Provide ROI analysis, profitability assessments, and performance tracking for commercial, operational, and strategic initiatives as needed</li> <li>Proactively identify financial risks and opportunities and partner with the business on mitigation and value‑creation actions</li> </ul> <p><strong>Accounting Interface &amp; Analytical Support </strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner closely with Controllership to bridge actuals to forecast, ensuring accurate interpretation of results and clean handoffs between close and forecast cycles</li> <li>Support team with appropriate accruals, reclassifications, and controls as needed</li> <li>Support audit, close, and compliance activities as needed, providing analytical schedules
