We are looking for motivated In-Home Sales Consultants to meet with homeowners throughout Queens and help them create beautiful, functional bathroom spaces.

Job Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners during scheduled appointments throughout Queens.
• Conduct professional in-home consultations.
• Understand customer needs and recommend customized bathroom remodeling solutions.
• Present product options, pricing, and financing solutions.
• Build strong relationships with homeowners through a consultative sales approach.
• Close sales during the initial consultation.
• Maintain accurate customer information using company CRM systems.
• Follow company sales processes to maximize results.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in home improvement sales is a plus (bath remodeling, windows, roofing, siding, kitchens, flooring, HVAC, solar, or similar industries).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Confident, professional, and customer-focused personality.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
• Comfortable meeting customers in their homes.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Willingness to complete our fully paid training program.
