Manages a complex information systems project such as medium to large informatics development projects. Responsible for overall direction, biomedical expertise, and completion of project.Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Assigns duties, responsibilities and scope of authority to Analysts, Biomedical Informaticians and other information systems staff assigned to project.
Manages project plan and ensures timely delivery of the product that is commensurate with the use cases and requirements.
Harmonize omics, clinical, and exposure data across national and international cohorts.
Lead end-to-end analysis of large-scale genomic and multi-omics datasets, including QC, normalization, feature engineering, and statistical modeling.
Assists in documentation of use cases and requirements and contributes to domain expertise required to execute a project.
Assists with grant and contract preparation.
Reports progress to senior leadership who are overseeing the project.

$65,900.00 - $112,700.00 / AnnuallyThe salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University.
