About the role

D&C Motor Company, a subsidiary of Time Auto Group, is looking for a Flat Rate Automotive Detailer to join our growing team!

Schedule: 5 days per week, specific schedule TBD

Compensation: Paid Per Unit, $60 per car and $70 per SUV/Truck

Qualifications:

  • 1 year Professional Detailing experience required. 
  • Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicles preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Familiarity with Automotive Industry preferred.
  • Preferred High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality.
  • Enjoys working in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications.

Responsibilities: The bulk of this job requires detailing vehicles, however there will be cross-training to support other areas of the business as needed.

  • Inspect incoming units, communicate any additional needs to management.

  • Clean vehicles according to company standards. This includes but not limited to:

    • Washing, drying, polishing/waxing exterior

    • Vacuuming interior

    • Cleaning upholstery and Carpet

    • Remove Stains

    • Washing tires and wheels, applying tire shine

    • Cleaning interior and exterior vehicle windows

    • Remove minor scratches

    • Deodorize interior

    • Clean trunk area

  • Other duties as assigned.

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
