We are designing a completely new electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft tailored to the mobility needs of future cities. This allows passengers a seamless intermodal journey that safely transports them to their final destination. What we do:
As a Senior TA Business Partner, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent for our organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop strategies for sourcing and recruiting the best candidates, while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
This position will be required to work on-site 5 days a week.
What you can do:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for various engineering and corporate teams, including proactively sourcing, engaging, maintaining, and closing a strong candidate pipeline for all open positions
- Partner with hiring managers on role development, sourcing, interviewing, and closing strategies by role/team, and conduct intake meetings with demonstrable knowledge of the talent landscape
- Dynamically source passive talent through sourcing tools and other creative methods, applying personal style to engage and win interest in our roles
- Cultivate employee candidate referral relationships and process, ensuring communication, fairness, and positive outcomes
- Ensure outstanding candidate experience and consistent communication and positive employer brand throughout the recruitment cycle
- Continually partner with recruiting colleagues and hiring managers to improve recruiting processes and metrics
- Deliver diversity and inclusion into every step of the recruiting process
What you can contribute:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum 5-8 years of demonstrable experience in technical recruiting in aviation/aerospace, with a demonstrable track record of hiring top technical talent
- Solid knowledge of the talent landscape and market trends in the technical industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build solid relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to lead multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems (preferably Greenhouse), recruitment marketing tools, and other recruitment technologies
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently both independently and within a team environment
- Passion for technology and a keen interest in staying up to date on the latest industry trends and best practices
