As Clinical Services Specialist (RN - Registered Nurse), you will:

• Implement and evaluate effectiveness of policies and procedures for clinical services

• Assist Centers in assuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to clinical services

• Assist Centers in development of plans of correction (POC) to address deficiencies

• Monitor assigned Centers’ QM and 5 STAR results and assist to maintain/improve overall scores

 

Qualifications for Clinical Services Specialist (RN - Registered Nurse):

• Current RN license in good standing with the Virginia Department of Health Professions

• Three years experience in long-term care with experience as a Nursing Leader

• Experience in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement

• Solid understanding of federal and state regulations for long-term care
