Job Summary:
Our Vehicle Maintenance team executes safety best practices to the best of our ability, as well as maintaining a fun, friendly, and positive attitude every day, with all guests and employees. We are an internal-based guest service department; we want to make sure we leave our customers with a positive experience. This role provides maintenance and repair services for our state-of-the-art fleet.
Job Specifications:
- Starting Wage: $23.00/hr - $28.55/hr
- Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2025/2026
- Shift Type: Full Time hours available

Job Responsibilities:
- Trains and instructs personnel in the safe operation of fleet equipment such as overhead cranes, vehicle maintenance lifts, measurement and diagnostic equipment, forklifts and hand tools.
- Diagnoses and performs major repairs and overhauls to gasoline and diesel engines, inspects, troubleshoots, diagnoses, repairs, cleans, adjusts and installs fuel, ignition, electrical, cooling system, hydraulic system parts and/or controls, and welding.
- Diagnoses and performs electrical, hydraulic and other repairs in the field.
- Inspects, services and repairs vehicle braking systems; diagnoses, repairs and maintains vehicle air brakes, hydraulic systems and associated power take-off equipment.
- Supports the professional growth and development of employees across all levels of the organization.
- Engages around priorities to foster engagement, collaboration, and results.
- Adhere and promote company safety policies and programs.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in Automotive, Truck, Heavy Equipment, Fleet diagnostics and repair.
- Ability to analyze complex vehicle and equipment problems, evaluate alternatives and recommend or adopt appropriate courses of action.
- Must have a valid driver’s license / pass internal MVR review.
- Must have own tools and be willing to purchase more as necessary.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly.
The expected pay range is $23.00/hr - $28.55/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
