Loyalty Data Analyst

Job Purpose and Function

As the Loyalty Data Analyst, you’ll be a key strategic partner to our Marketing team, using data to uncover insights that drive customer engagement, program optimization, and business growth. You will support the Dash In Rewards program and bring customer behaviors to life through compelling-storytelling, visualization, and analysis that will help stakeholders across the business make informed, data-driven decisions.

 How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead reporting and analysis for the Dash In Rewards loyalty program, influencing program strategy and supporting cross-functional operations across all areas of the business including Marketing, Promotions, and Store Operations. 

• Design and execute customer analytics initiatives such as behavioral segmentation, attrition and retention modeling, and customer lifetime value estimation.
• Transform complex data into actionable insights by developing and delivering clear, engaging presentations for stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
• Advance the organization’s data culture by advocating for data-driven decision making, contributing to analytics governance, and mentoring colleagues on best practices.
• Prioritize and manage multiple analytical projects with attention to detail and clear communication of progress and outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in work-related field such as Data Science, Statistics, or Business Analytics, or equivalent relevant work experience is required.  
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in data analytics or business intelligence. Problem-solving, analytical, and statistical skills to tackle complex challenges around data analysis and business intelligence delivery. 
• Understanding of statistical methods and techniques to deliver diagnostic and descriptive analytic use cases. 
• Strong SQL skills and experience manipulating large datasets.
• Experience analyzing customer data and applying statistical methods to derive insights.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate data into meaningful business recommendations.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (visa sponsorship or C2C opportunities not available at this time).
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check in accordance with local, state, and federal laws.

An ideal candidate will also have

• Proficiency in Power BI.
• Retail industry experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, food service, or convenience. 
• Familiarity with customer loyalty programs and marketing performance metrics.

Availability and Travel

• This hybrid role complies with our company’s hybrid telework schedule. Our operating days and hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with in-office days being Tuesday through Thursday, reserving Monday and Friday as work-from-home.
• Occasionally, business needs may require periodic work obligations outside of core business hours.
• This role may require occasional travel, including overnight stays for training, conferences, or other events with reimbursement available for approved accommodation and/or expenses.
