About RevolutionParts
At RevolutionParts, we're on a mission to disrupt the automotive industry by making it effortless for dealerships and brands to sell parts and accessories online. Our platform powers millions of transactions each year and helps our partners thrive in a digital-first world.
We believe that data is one of our greatest strategic assets. We’re looking for someone who can harness it to drive decision-making, accelerate growth, and elevate how we serve both our customers and internal teams. If you’re passionate about making data useful, love to solve ambiguous problems, and want to influence company strategy in a meaningful way — let’s talk.
SummaryRevolutionParts is seeking a Senior Manager or Director of Analytics and Business Intelligence to lead and grow a team of analysts and level-up how we use data to drive smarter decisions across the business. You’ll be a player/coach — someone who can roll up their sleeves to explore complex data sets, while also building the processes, tools, and team culture needed to scale our impact.
The ideal candidate blends sharp analytical skills with high EQ, excellent communication, and a strong sense of ownership. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Data Engineering — and be trusted to present directly to our executive team and enterprise customers.
*Please note that while this role can be remote, there will be a strong preference given to those candidates who live in the Phoenix, Arizona, metro area.
