NewtonX has raised $47m in funding, and as we continue to expand, we’re searching for a driven and strategic Product Manager to grow our research panel and drive user activation.

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced (Senior) Growth Product Designer to join our team. In this role, you will take the lead in designing user-centric, high-impact experiences that drive acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization of our research participant panel. You’ll work at the intersection of user experience, data, and business strategy to craft solutions that fuel NewtonX’s growth trajectory. How you will make an impact

• Design for Growth: Lead the design of features and experiments focused on optimizing user acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Marketing tTeam, and Data Analysts to align on goals, prioritize initiatives, and deliver impactful solutions.

• User-Centered Solutions: Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to understand user behavior and identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.

• Prototyping and Testing: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate ideas effectively and iterate based on user feedback and data insights.

• Metrics-Driven Iteration: Use quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions, measure the success of implemented features, and continuously iterate to improve outcomes.

• Brand Alignment: Ensure all designs align with NewtonX’s brand guidelines and elevate the overall user experience.

• Mentorship: Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers and contribute to fostering a culture of design excellence.

Who you are

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in product design, with a focus on growth or performance-driven initiatives,  Experience in B2B or SaaS products is a plus.

• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing design work that demonstrates business impact and user-centered thinking.

• Skills: Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with prototyping. Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design.

• User Research Expertise: Experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, and other testing methods to uncover insights and drive design decisions.

• Data-Driven Mindset: Experience working with data analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel) to inform and evaluate designs.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively across teams.

• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
