BOH LEAD SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

 

• We are hiring immediately for full time BOH LEAD SUPERVISOR positions.
• Location: Minnesota Vikings - 2600 Vikings Parkway, Eagan, MN 55121. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time schedule. Monday - Friday, including some weekends. Hours may vary; more details upon interview. 
• Requirement: Five years of culinary and supervisory experience required.

• Pay Range: $23.00 per hour to $25.00 per hour

Job Summary

Supervises hourly associates to ensure their practices comply with company policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists in ordering and keeping inventory of products.
• Maintains product cost and labor cost according to budget.
• Supervises and trains hourly staff to ensure policy and procedures are implemented.
• Maintains consistent, efficient service during peak hours.
• Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

 

• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
