What You’ll Be Doing:
Evolent is recruiting for multiple Executive Assistant roles.
Our executive assistant roles are an important part to the success of our senior leadership team and the company. The role of an executive assistant plays a crucial role in managing the schedules and communications of key company executives. An executive assistant helps the leadership team with tasks such as scheduling; expense reporting; organizing documents; maintaining records; taking notes at meetings and any other administrative tasks that support the leadership team.
Collaboration Opportunities:
In addition to working closely with the executives, this role works collaboratively with other assistants in the organization, sharing knowledge, calendar coordination and successes. Executive Assistants interact professionally with members of the Senior Management Team, Board of Directors as well as the marketing team to ensure that communication and messaging aligns with the executives and company’s brand. Our Executive Assistants are also a liaison with internal and external stakeholders, clients, partner, and vendors. liaison with internal and external stakeholders, clients, partners, and vendors.
What You Will Be Doing:
Manage complex calendars and prioritize meeting requests and events for the executive(s) including travel arrangements and other events for the executive(s)/ leaders.
Review, prioritize and respond to emails, phone calls and other correspondence on behalf of the executive(s), this also includes meeting notes and follow up on action items.
Organize and maintain records and databases related to the executive's work including preparing and edit papers, reports, presentations, and other materials.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Research and analyze data and information to support the executive's decision making.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, clients, partners, and vendors. This includes collaborative, effective, and positive communication with other company Executive Assistants on scheduling and other project tasks.
Perform administrative tasks such as expense reporting, time tracking, and other accounting tasks.
Manage and oversee projects and initiatives assigned by the executive(s) while anticipating the executives’ needs, priorities and provide solutions and recommendations.
Monitor and report on the progress and outcomes of the executive's goals and objectives.
Initiate and lead projects and initiatives that align with the executive's vision and strategy.
Organize virtual and in-person team events such as departmental townhalls and team meetings.
Monitor and report on the process of outcomes of the executives’ goals and objectives.
Qualifications - Required and Preferred:
High school diploma or GED; associate degree in administrative assisting or related field preferred - Required. Bachelor’s Degree - Preferred.
4 to 8+ years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role that included a high level of discretion and confidentiality -Required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software and tools as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills - Required.
Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision -Required.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively with attention to detail and accuracy -Required.
Proactive, creative, and innovative mindset -Required.

Previous Health Care domain experience - Preferred.
Experience working in a publicly traded company - Preferred.
