Skills: Power BI, Tableau, SQL
Skill : 
1. 5+ years of hands on experience on Power BI reporting tool and conversion of Tableau reports to PBI is required.
2. Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports by converting business requirements into technical specifications.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders, understand data needs and analyze datasets to uncover trends and insights.
4. Should be expertise in DAX. Deep knowledge of database management and data modeling.
5. Should be good in establishing row level data security while comprehending Power BI's application security layer models. 
6. Excellent communication skills, problem solving capabilities, think analytically to convert data into actionable forms.
7. Experience in leading and mentoring BI development teams in Offshore.
8. Enhance and optimize existing BI systems.
10. Perform unit testing of reports by comparing data against repository.
11. Must be able to work from Cincinnati.
