About the role

CCH Tagetik is seeking a passionate and organized E-learning Content Creator to support all activities related to the Corporate Academy and Knowledge Management teams. In particular:

  • Research and develop new training courses and related additional assets under the guidance of a Senior Member or a Subject Matter Expert (SME)

  • Maintain existing training material

  • Create and maintain digital assets related to product enablement such as videos, e-learning, knowledge base articles.

You are expected to organize and balance the activities related to research, development, delivery and internal knowledge sharing.

You will:

  • Assist the Academy/Knowledge Management Team and the Global training network, with the ability to solve complex issues in a timely manner, or when possible to act proactively to avoid the arise of any issue

  • Deliver classes on 2/3 processes of Tagetik (in Italian and English) but you are aware of all the other existing processes and you are able to refer to those topics

  • Develop training content and training assets following the team best practice

  • Manage a difficult or numerous class both from a human and professional point of view

  • Reply and manage questions outside the training scope in a professional way.

Other Duties:

  • Prioritize and execute multiple concurrent work streams

  • Create and ensure quality and freshness of existing content (Knowledge Base articles, Training Material, Enablement videos, etc.)

  • Foster mutually beneficial relationships

  • Support coworkers and promote a positive work environment.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred

  • Experience with CCH Tagetik (preferred) or other enterprise software (ERP, BI tool, …) or experience in design of training courses / program

  • Excellent attention to detail, sense of ownership and proactive attitude towards the role

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a broader team

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken (C1 preferred, B2 minimum)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Open-minded and open to interact with people from different background and cultures

  • Experience in the Financial Consolidation area and knowledge of accounting basics are a plus.
