As a Real Estate Associate, you will play a vital role as an intermediary between sellers and buyers. You will be responsible for marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers. Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing properties at the right price and under the best terms
• Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions
• Promote sales through various channels such as advertisements, open houses, and listing services
• Present properties to potential buyers and address any questions or concerns
• Assist sellers in effectively promoting their properties to attract favorable offers
• Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate the value of properties

Requirements

• Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE SCHOOL and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount
• Proven track record of successful sales
• Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Pleasant and trustworthy demeanor
• Familiarity with MS Office
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Must be 18 years of age or older
