JOB SUMMARY:
This internship provides a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between academic studies and practical application in a corporate setting. The Strategy and Data Execution Intern will assist in managing and optimizing SharePoint sites, Excel models, data reporting, and Power BI dashboards to support executive decision-making. The intern will gain hands-on experience in data analysis, presentation delivery, and strategy execution, with the opportunity to take on increasing levels of responsibility and autonomy as the internship progresses.
The role offers exposure to key business operations and allows interns to work directly with strategy teams on data-driven projects. Interns will have the chance to work with digital collaboration tools, including Power BI and SharePoint, while also developing a deeper understanding of corporate strategy, risk management, and project portfolio execution. Through mentorship and collaboration, interns will gain valuable insight into the decision-making processes of senior leadership.
ESSENTIAL/PRIMARY DUTIES:
SharePoint & Data Management:
• Maintains and updates SharePoint repositories for project tracking, risk management, and corporate communications.
• Ensures proper organization and accessibility of documents, dashboards, and resources.
Excel & Data Analysis:
• Assists in developing financial models, scenario planning sheets, and risk tracking in Excel.
• Supports data consolidation and reporting for executive meetings.
Power BI Development & Execution:
• Assists in setting up and maintaining Power BI dashboards for project portfolio tracking, risk assessments, and business insights.
• Works with leadership to refine KPIs, visual reports, and automated data refreshes.
Project & Strategy Execution Support:
• Works closely with leadership to support corporate goal tracking and strategy execution initiatives.
• Provides insights on data-driven decision-making and process improvements.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Enrollment in a 4-year accredited degree program is required, with a focus on obtaining a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in business, data analytics, information systems, engineering, or related field.
COMPETENCY and/or SKILL:
• Proficiency in Excel & data analysis tools (Power Query, Pivot Tables, Basic Macros a plus).
• Experience or familiarity with Power BI, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 tools preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and execution skills—ability to take high-level direction and independently execute tasks.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills—capable of working in a cross-functional environment.
