About us:

Come grow with us!  The Tulsa Center for Behavioral Health (TCBH) is recruiting for a Quality & Performance Improvement Manager to join our leadership team in serving those that seek our services now while planning and implementing for the future.  Construction has begun in downtown Tulsa for a new 140,000 square foot facility that will have 106 beds doubling the number of beds in the current facility.   Even our name is getting an update to Oklahoma Psychiatric Care Center. 


TCBH is a facility of the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS).  We serve individuals eighteen years of age or older who present in a mental health crisis with or without substance abuse and are medically stable.  Our goal is to provide our consumers with a supportive, safe and welcoming environment in which an array of integrated therapeutic interventions promotes an improved quality of life for consumers and the community.

About the Position: The individual selected for this position will plan, coordinate, and facilitate improvements of services that support administrative and clinical management functions at Tulsa Center for Behavioral Health. This position facilitates the process of planning a systematic, organization-wide approach to training, compliance, and performance. This includes inspection, reporting, analysis, and corrective actions in order to maintain compliance with multiple governing bodies, including Joint Commission, and other supportive functions. Experience in mental health is required. Experience in an inpatient psychiatric hospital is preferred.

  • Annual Salary is $58,750.00
  • Monday-Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • FLSA Status: Exempt

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Education and Experience required at this level consists of a bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, sociology, or public health, or a combination of education and experience substituting one year of professional level experience for each year of the required education.

Special Requirements:
Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license at the time of appointment.  Applicant must be able to pass an OSBI background check.
