The Global Production team literally spans the globe with units based in New York, London and Hong Kong and we support a thriving newsroom that not only includes live and pre-recorded video programs, but audio, digital platforms and live events. With over 2,700 news professionals in 150 bureaus across 73 countries- we face exciting challenges every minute of every day.
Our program Wall Street Week has Bloomberg’s David Westin sitting down with the top names in finance and economics to talk about the biggest issues facing Wall Street.The Wall Street Week Production Manager will work closely with our Executive and Show Producers as well as our Director of Photography and be responsible for day-to-day logistics of our production. Those logistics will include hiring and assembling crew, managing budgets, develop schedules and handle any necessary paperwork. 
In this role, you will be expected to:
  • Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as production manager or coordinating shoots
  • Possess strong organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge of modern field production in TV and the Media industry
  • Manage daily and yearly budgets as well excel in ways to stay cost effective
  • Prioritize and make decisions in a fast paced environment
  • Understand day rates and pricing for production crews across the United States
  • Stay up to date on modern technology involved in TV production
  • Have strong collaboration and team oriented skills
  • Possess working knowledge of basic production skills including camera, lighting, audio and transmission
  • Problem solve in nimble situations
  • Work in both the field and office
Salary Range = 35 - 45 USD Hourly
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
