This position will be responsible for standardizing Parts/Tool Quality Operations within Field Operations. As a member of the Regional Operations Team, this position will also serve a key role in gathering multiple site-specific requirements and translating them into standard uniform best practices to be shared across all sites. You will also serve as Project Lead for newly defined quality initiatives, ensuring that US regional site teams are staffed & trained to enable successful piloting and rollout.
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
Role and responsibilities
Ensures project compliance with ASML's wider program and/or portfolio management decision-making structures and processes.
Plans and delivers stakeholder engagement activities to develop effective project working relationships and to ensure that stakeholder needs and concerns are identified and met.
Identifies and evaluates risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints associated with the project, escalating where appropriate. Reviews and solves problems (technical, process, logistic), prioritizes, informs stakeholders, and escalates on problems where necessary.
Delivers baseline assessments and post-implementation analyses to evaluate and track the realization of business benefits.
Produces workstream or project plans, ensuring that all activities are identified, are appropriately organized to deliver project objectives, and comply with the organization's project management framework.
Manages the delivery of research, workshops, and other activities to support the specification and agreement of project deliverables.
Plans and coordinates the identification, elicitation of requirements; conducts analysis of those requirements for completion and alignment; documents and manages requirements throughout the life of the project; and coordinates the verification of the end deliverable. Builds and reviews improvement solutions and develops recommendations for implementation of those improvements. Generally done at the project level.
Education and experience
Bachelor's degree in quality management, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience.
Preferably 5+ years of work experience in technically driven organization(s), preferably within a development environment or equivalent experience.
Experience as project manager, program manager or line/quality manager.
Experienced in quality methods and tools like e.g., 6 Sigma, value stream analysis, 5 Why’s analysis, Kaizen, brainstorming sessions, problem solving techniques, FMEA, 8D Ishikawa diagrams.
if possible: Knowledgeable in international quality standards (ISO9001), process assessments and audits.
