The Harry's Inc working model is in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. This role is based onsite out of our Soho office at 3-4 days/week, schedule-dependent on business needs. Our beautiful 70,000 square foot SoHo office is decked out with bagels on Wednesdays and lunch on Thursdays, and fully stocked kitchens with snacks, coffee, and drinks everyday.  Can’t forget the free products and the opportunity to have some meetings without Zoom!

 

The Team

People are core to our business and our People Team at Harry's works to build and support the Harry's team at large through innovative ways. We are looking for an engaging and dynamic individual to join the People team to provide much needed support in driving the People agenda and creating a strong, inclusive and engaging culture. 

 

The Role 

As Workplace Experience (WPX) Senior Associate and Executive Assistant to the Chief People Officer, you will work directly with Harry’s Inc Sr. Manager of Employee Experience to run the New York office, creating a great employee experience through workplace events, program management, and general People support. This role is responsible for designing and executing internal events and employee experience programs at Harry’s while also operating reception part-time. In addition, this role will provide leverage to our Chief People Officer by keeping her organized through top tier EA support. You will work closely with the Chief People Officer managing calendar coordination, scheduling, booking travel, expense reporting, running large team meetings, and taking and cascading notes. 

 

What you will accomplish:

As an Executive Assistant…

  • Anticipate needs, look around corners, and provide the highest caliber of administrative support on day-to-day scheduling, meeting logistics and preparation, and travel itineraries for our Chief People Officer (CPO)
  • Ensure the CPO is prepared for professional meetings and personal and professional events by soliciting agendas, creating itineraries, making reservations, printing materials, and doing whatever it takes to ensure effective preparation
  • Interact regularly and build relationships with executives and colleagues across various teams and with external stakeholders
  • Serve as a positive ambassador on behalf of Harry’s, Inc by consistently acting in a way that leaves people with a positive perception of the company while truly embodying our values.

As part of the Workplace Experience team…

  • Serve as an ambassador for the office space - help newcomers get oriented, greet visitors, answer/direct questions about resources, and anticipate needs with a hospitality first mindset
  • Oversee strategy, design, planning, and execution of company events including scoping, budgeting, scheduling, vendor management, and overall event communication (e.g. Holiday Party, monthly pop-ups). Project manage all aspects of employee events from start to finish and manage relationships with all event-related vendors
  • Drive and continually improve Workplace Experience team programs, including the anniversary gift program, employee onboarding, and employee meal programs
  • Support the WPX team with onsite activities like ticket routing, vendor deliveries, ad hoc facilities projects, product stocking, and visitor gift bags
