Senior Digital Product Manager - Customer Data Platform

The Enterprise Marketing Technology team is looking for a Senior Product Manager – Customer Data Platform with experience working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment to join the team. This individual will be responsible in helping to drive our technology stack forward, specifically helping to manage our Enterprise CDP. As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for product management including day-to-day tasks, team coordination and collaboration, stakeholder management, strategic planning, and end-to-end feature management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage product roadmap as it related to organizational strategic goals
• Work with key stakeholders on discovery of use cases and prioritization of requirements following Agile methodologies
• Contribute to product discussions as the subject matter expertise, guide the product roadmap in coordination/collaboration with others on the Agile delivery team
• Own features end-to-end from conceptual to implementation through working with various key stakeholders and the implementation team
• Collaborate closely with vendors, architecture, and engineering partners
• Create alignment across the platform body of work within the Enterprise noting dependencies, creating a mitigation plan as needed and maintaining strong relationships within the organization to push work forward
• Main point of contact for platform related roadblocks and issues for resolution
• Drive forward product goals in collaboration with various internal teams fostering adoption of the platform
• Advise on product best practices and encourage self-service of the technology through development of governance materials/build out the platform foundation

Requirements:

• 5+ years of working experience with data and personalization technology (e.g., Redpoint, Adobe AEP/CDP or similar)
• 5+ years of experience with data governance and platform maintenance
• 6+ years of product management experience
• 3+ years of platform engineering experience
• SAFe Agile experience

Preferred:

• Digital healthcare experience
• Adobe experience
• Agile certifications
• Adobe certifications

Education:

Bachelor degree or equivale work experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$136,217.50 - $267,800.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
