About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to support our commercial HVAC service and construction operations. This role is essential to ensure the smooth flow of materials, accurate inventory management, and timely support for field teams and estimators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform      all shipping and receiving functions for HVAC parts and equipment.
• Load      and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Deliver      or schedule deliveries of parts and equipment to job sites and      technicians as needed.
• Conduct      weekly inventory counts and communicate on-hand quantities to      relevant teams.
• Locate      parts and obtain pricing to support estimating and customer proposal      development.
• Maintain      a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Collaborate      with service, construction, and estimating teams to ensure timely material      availability.

Qualifications:

• Previous      experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management      (HVAC or construction industry preferred).
• Valid      driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong      organizational and communication skills.
• Ability      to lift and move heavy items and operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet      jacks, forklifts).
• Computer      skills for inventory tracking and communication including Microsoft 365© suite of products (Outlook, Excel, Word minimum)
