What you’ll do:

 

• Partner Development: Develop and manage our partners to maximize results within the constructs of the deal
• Meet regularly with partners and day to day account leads to understand their upcoming content plans and where PrizePicks can fit in and shine
• Collaborate with PrizePicks content, promotions, paid social and other marketing sub departments to help place partners within their campaigns and to understand their needs from partners
• Lead the relationship between Partnerships and Analytics to ensure reporting is where it needs to be for the team to be informed on KPIs and goals 
• Provide weekly and monthly reports to the partnerships team on all major KPIs by partner and by team member 
• Oversee the work of a partnerships manager and partnerships coordinator

What you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in talent management, integrated marketing, partnerships, sports marketing or related fields
• Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools 
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Passion and strong knowledge for sports, fantasy sports, sports social media, pop culture and the creator economy

 

Where you’ll live:

 

• Anywhere in the US is fine but Atlanta would be preferred.
