Product Support Intern (Part-Time Role)

The Role & Team

Infovista is looking for a smart, adaptable intern to join our product team on a part-time basis. If you are interested in working on cutting edge projects with our product team while continuing your studies and gaining some real industry experience, then this role is a perfect fit. 16-20 Hours per week.

Reporting to our Strategy & Transformation leader the successful candidate will assist with Market Analysis, support product marketing, presentations and other support functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Market Analysis: Perform comprehensive market analysis on a quarterly basis, including:
• Competitor performance and positioning
• CSPs (Communications Service Providers) performance and strategic plans
• Support Product Marketing: Assist the Product Marketing team by creating and updating marketing materials, such as:
• Pitch decks
• Collaterals
• Product In-Take Prioritization: Support in the preparation and coordination of product in-take prioritization sessions, as well as other product committee meetings
• Product Management Support: Provide day-to-day operational support to the Product Management team

Requirements:

• Education: Degree in Business Administration or Engineering
• Team Player: Proactive and willing to contribute as a team member
• Telco Knowledge: Familiarity with the telecommunications sector is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite (especially excel & power point) – The position requires some level of financial modelling and presentation skills
