Salary & Incentives

  • Base Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 annually (DOE)

  • Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (as much as $32,500 annually in addition to base pay)

  • Student loan reimbursement up to $25,000

  • Total compensation potential: $120,000+ annually depending on experience and performance

Clinic Details
Our Frisco clinic provides a unique fitness-forward setting for outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation. We treat a wide range of conditions including orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehab, sports-related injuries, and balance/fall prevention. Clinicians benefit from a high-energy environment, hands-on care model, and personalized treatment plans designed to optimize patient outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

  • Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and evidence-based care

  • Educate patients on treatment plans, home programs, and injury prevention strategies

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent outcomes

  • Complete timely and accurate documentation in EMR systems

  • Participate in mentorship, residencies, and ongoing professional development

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

  • Current Texas PT license (or eligibility)

  • Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills

  • New graduates and experienced PTs welcome to apply

  • Passion for outpatient orthopedics and patient-centered care
