What you’ll do:

• Maintain a fleet of vehicles' functional condition through diagnostic inspections, repairs, exchanges, and modifications to all mechanical and electrical systems and components.
• Support the overall development, documentation, execution, accountability, and improvement of the vehicle maintenance program.
• Provide on-the-job training in both the maintenance of the vehicles and accurate maintenance documentation to assigned support personnel.
• Establish and maintain a high level of client trust and confidence, and creatively think outside the box to assist with troubleshooting issues and providing innovative solutions that fit customers’ needs.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• An active TS/SCI security clearance.
• A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years specialized experience in all aspects of vehicle maintenance and support to a mission-critical vehicle maintenance program.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and provide solutions for unique mechanical problems.
• Experience in training development and methodologies for assigned team members.

SALARY RANGE: $97,000 - $124,000 

The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including: 

• The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience
• The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
• Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
• This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar, which may include:
• Performance-based bonuses
• Company-paid training and/or certifications
• Referral bonuses
