Job Overview:
Are you ready to launch your career with a fast-paced, industry-leading organization? LPL’s Client Success Intern Program offers a 10-week paid summer experience designed to accelerate your development and provide exposure to real-world advisor facing work. Throughout the program, you’ll collaborate with senior leaders, contribute to high-impact projects, and gain firsthand insight into how business planning and execution come together to drive business success.
You’ll engage in business planning, reporting and event coordination, while developing hands-on experience with the team that serves LPL's elite advisors. The program fosters a collaborative environment where your ideas and contributions are valued, and you’ll have opportunities to network with professionals across the organization and build meaningful relationships.

Responsibilities:
Support business planning and advisor engagement preparation, including assisting with advisor growth reporting, identifying opportunity trends, pulling data and streamlining planning processes.
Build and maintain advisor dossiers and materials ahead of FOCUS engagements to support effective Success Manager conversations.
Assist with FOCUS and community event coordination, including RSVP management, scheduling, accommodations, and general administrative support.
Participate in advisor calls and internal meetings, helping draft agendas and talking points by synthesizing key themes, updates, and insights.
Maintain and improve Client Success infrastructure, including refreshing templates, cleaning up Salesforce data, liaising with partner teams for updates, and contributing to special projects.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, or a related field
Minimum 3.3 GPA
Strong interest in the financial services industry
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
The ideal candidate should be local to the Fort Mill office during the time of the internship and will work on a hybrid schedule. (3 days in the office)
Offer contingent on successful background screening

Ability to analyze and organize data to uncover insights and trends
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Clear and confident written and verbal communication
Summer Internship Schedule:
Full-time position for 10 weeks in the summer of 2026; Monday through Friday, working 40 hours a week during business operating hours
Dependent on team needs, work locations could be remote, hybrid or in office (Fort Mill, SC office)
Interns should plan to participate for the entire program. Program dates: June 1, 2026-August 7, 2026
