Production Supervisor 2nd Shift

We are seeking a dedicated 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to join our team. The Production Supervisor will oversee the manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency and quality control while adhering to FDA regulations and CGMP standards.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate production team activities to meet production goals
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, CGMP, HACCP, and food safety standards
- Monitor production processes to maintain product quality and consistency
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices and safety protocols
- Help to manage inventory, and oversee packaging operations
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance as needed
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency

Skills:

- Proficient in FDA regulations, CGMP, HACCP, and food safety practices
- Ability to fabricate and package products according to specifications
- Experience with forklift operation and material handling
- Knowledge of food processing techniques and mechanical systems
- Strong understanding of basic math for inventory management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate the team

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
