Cost Commercial Lead - Data Center Construction Project

<h3>Company Description</h3><p>Turner &amp; Townsend, a leading global professional services firm, is seeking a Commercial Lead to work on a data center build project in Milan, Italy.</p><p>As the Commercial Lead, you will be responsible for protecting the client's interests from a commercial standpoint, ensuring that the project is delivered on time and within budget.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide commercial leadership and advice to the project team, ensuring that the project is delivered on time and within budget</li><li>Ensure that commercial risks are identified and mitigated, and that the client's interests are protected</li><li>Prepare and negotiate contracts, change orders, and other legal documents with the client and suppliers</li><li>Manage the project budget and ensure that costs are controlled</li><li>Monitor progress against the project plan, identify variances and take appropriate corrective action</li><li>Provide regular reports to the project team and client on the project's commercial performance</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related field</li><li>At least 10 years of commercial management experience, preferably in the construction or data center industry</li><li>Experience in contract negotiation, commercial risk management, and budget control</li><li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and suppliers</li><li>Fluency in English and Italian</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><em>Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
