WHAT YOU’LL DO: 

• Empower, develop, motivate, and work alongside team to drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience 

• Recruit, hire, and retain best in class talent 

• Deliver operational excellence in all store processes  

• Develop strategic plan to drive sales through business analytics and achieving productivity goals 

• Create foot traffic through community involvement  

• Demonstrate flexibility and ability to multitask in a fast-paced store environment 

• Drive Omni channel sales by utilizing all available tools and technology

YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE:    

• 2+ years of relevant Store Manager experience as a proven leader 

• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse clientele.  

• Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English is required.

• Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and high retail traffic and sales days, including but not limited to the day after Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve, Mother’s Day, <
