Entry-Level Communications Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Communications Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support our performance-driven campaigns, working closely with high-profile clients who are always looking for new ways to propel their companies and brands forward and increase their bottom line.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Manage and carry out projects as assigned by the marketing manager.
• Campaign Integration: Collaborate with the marketing team and key accounts to integrate PR campaigns with customer promotions.
• Relationship Development: Develop and maintain consumer relationships, promoting our promotional services.
• Measurement Strategies: Develop and improve measuring strategies for PR campaigns in collaboration with the marketing manager.
• Marketing Collateral: Create marketing collateral and visual merchandising materials.
• Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain connections with suppliers and retail event staff.
• Record Keeping: Keep meticulous records of event attendance, production, and inventory.
• Efficiency Improvement: Discover new and innovative ways to improve efficiency and identify new opportunities.

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years experience in public relations, communications, marketing, or sales, or an internship in related fields is preferred.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
