Position Summary
Business Analyst- Data Intelligence will support cross-functional business initiatives through thoughtful analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvement. This role will serve as a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams—translating complex problems into actionable solutions that support data-driven decision-making, system enhancements, and operational efficiency.
Essential Functions and Duties
- Gather and document detailed business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process reviews.
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and system functionality to identify areas for improvement or automation.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Partner with IT, engineering, product, and analytics teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and working sessions to ensure alignment on priorities, project scope, and solution design.
- Conduct gap analyses and impact assessments related to new features, enhancements, or system changes.
- Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), validating requirements and ensuring final deliverables meet stakeholder expectations.
- Support project delivery using Agile or Waterfall methodologies, including backlog management and sprint planning where applicable.
- Create documentation, SOPs, and training materials to support successful implementation and adoption of new tools or processes.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for live systems and ongoing business processes as needed.
- Adheres specifically to all company policies and procedures, Federal and State regulations, and laws.

Qualifications
Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or four (4) years relevant experience in lieu of degree.
