As a Security Professional - Financial Institution Patrol in Chandler, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more.

As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will regularly monitor and patrol assigned areas within a financial institution location, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, responding to security-related situations, and engaging with staff and visitors to deliver exceptional customer service. By fostering strong communication and a caring approach, you will contribute to a secure environment while upholding the values of teamwork and integrity that define Allied Universal.

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify any potential security-related concerns.
• Observe and report on any irregularities or incidents that may impact the operations of a financial institution.
• Work collaboratively with team members and site management to address security-related needs specific to financial institution environments.
• Operate communication devices to stay in contact with Allied Universal management and respond to instructions or requests as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and logs of patrols, incidents, and observations as required by site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
