Job Description:
In this role, the Associate will partner with Senior Relationship Managers to help execute on client servicing and business development initiatives.
The main areas of responsibility include:
- Assisting with new business pipeline through client & consultants updates and other internal reporting
- Assisting with identifying prospects
- Liaising with product specialists to drive follow ups and deliverables
- Prepping for meetings and client roadshows
- Contact management, including CRM/Salesforce maintenance
- Coordinating institutional clients’ and consultants’ requests
- Helping to manage internal IOI and client tracking initiatives
- Collaborating on internal BXC ICS initiatives across asset class
Qualifications:
Blackstone seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated, intelligent, have sound judgment, and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. The successful candidate must have:
- 3+ years’ experience, preferably within Investment Banking, Investor relations or an Alternative Credit Management
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
- Excellent presentation, business writing and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce
- Series 7, 79 and 63 licenses preferred (required within first year of employment)
- Undergraduate degree is required.

Expected annual base salary range:
$120,000 - $165,000Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
