Job Summary

***This is a hybrid opportunity that will work from the office 3 days a week. Must live in a commutable distance to the listed office.***

SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for supporting business operations as well as the project manager on various projects as needed. Coordinates with business partners in support of enterprise network management team, attending meetings, and provide basic analytics support by requesting data from facilitators. Responsible for the evaluation of business processes and requirements for both production systems and new features. Will be the point of contact for business requirements in support of business operations. Support testing and quality assurance assessments to evaluate and ensure the system functionality aligns with the business process and expected results. Developing, revising, maintaining policy and procedures and making suggestions for edits.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor in Technology or Business Administration with 1 year experience in project management, method analysis, or operations/systems analysis OR 2 years experience in project management, method analysis , or operations/systems analysis
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
• PC proficiency to include but not limited to MS Office.

PREFERRED JOB EXPERIENCE:

• Professional experience using Mircosoft Suite: Excel, Word, Adobe, etc - HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Experience with SNAP to pull data
• Experience leading and assisting in teams and committees

Base Pay Range

$39,900.00 - $88,800.00
