Job Summary

We’re looking for a highly skilled Kentico Xperience expert to lead and execute the design, development, and optimization of enterprise-level websites. This is a critical role for our digital team, focused on building robust, scalable, and visually compelling web experiences on the Kentico platform. If you have a strong background in CMS development, web design, and custom functionality using Kentico Xperience, we want to talk to you.

Principal Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, setup, and customization of websites built on Kentico Xperience
• Design clean, modern, and responsive web interfaces in collaboration with UI/UX designers
• Develop custom modules, integrations, and workflows tailored to business requirements
• Implement and optimize content models, page templates, and reusable components
• Ensure best practices in performance, SEO, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness collaborating with the SEO Team. 
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, and backend teams to deliver pixel-perfect, conversion-optimized sites, and site pages
• Stay current on Kentico updates, patches, and the transition to Xperience by Kentico

Experience and Education

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Kentico and hands on experience with Kentico Xperience, including site buildouts, upgrades, and custom module development
• Strong command of ASP.NET MVC, C#, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or jQuery)
• Deep experience with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles
• Understanding of Kentico’s MVC architecture, portal engine, and content tree structure
• Experience with SQL Server, REST APIs, and Azure-based deployments is a plus
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong attention to detail and a high bar for design quality and user experience
• Experience with version control tools
• Comfortable in a Staging, Testing, and Production environment. 

Preferred Skills

• Kentico certifications
• Strong experience with headless CMS architectures
• Experience in agile/scrum environments
• Previous work with marketing automation, personalization, and A/B testing within Kentico
